The Rural Health News Service is supported by a partnership of 19 state press associations, with the goal of providing unbiased, factual articles that readers can use to help communities address important health care issues.

This is year six of grant funding for the RHNS columns, which are provided to member newspapers for publication at no charge, as a service to their readers.
